Sam is a native son of Austin, Texas. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a double major in History and Government. After a brief stint in the United States Army, and several years as a consultant in the tech industry, Sam realized that his true calling was to be an attorney.

Sam attended law school in Virginia, at the University of Richmond.
