Wright & Greenhill, PC congratulates shareholders Ross Pringle and Craig Courville on their recent appellate victory inAlvarado v. Hernandez. They were hired on recommendation of San Antonio trial counsel to respond to plaintiff’s motion for new trial after a defense verdict. Although the trial court granted the motion for new trial, Pringle and Courville sought and secured a writ of mandamus from the Fourth Court of Appeals in San Antonio vacating the order of new trial and directing the trial court to enter judgment on the verdict for our defendant clients.
