Named a Shareholder for the firm in 2020, Blair Leake’s legal work with Wright & Greenhill focuses primarily on litigation, including jury trials, bench trials, and motion practice for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to handling contested employment law matters, he also handles litigation in the legal fields of civil rights, personal injury, business, probate, municipal liability, consumer, real property, and more.

Outside of his practice, Blair was recently honored by being selected for the 2019-2020 President’s Award of Merit by the Austin Young Lawyers Association (“AYLA”) for efforts that include leading the AYLA’s volunteer program since 2017. Blair was also recently elected to serve as the Treasurer of AYLA for the 2020-2021 term, he previously was elected and served as both Secretary and as a Director for the same organization during prior terms, and he was selected for AYLA’s Outstanding Committee Chair award for 2017-2018.

Blair was also selected in 2019 as a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, which is a 55-year-old foundation that chooses and honors “the most elite Texas attorneys” based on their “dedication to the administration of justice and high professional standing among their peers.” In addition, Blair was selected for and completed the Austin Bar’s Leadership Academy for the class of 2018. Blair has also been a member of the Texas Bar College since 2014. Texas Bar College was established by the Texas Supreme Court in 1981 to recognize lawyers who go above and beyond by participating each year in a minimum of twice as many hours of continuing legal education courses than is required by Texas law for attorneys to maintain their law licenses.
