Cristina Nahidi represents individuals and corporate entities in state, federal, arbitration and appellate proceedings. Cristina's litigation practice is focused on complex business disputes, breaches of contract and fiduciary duty, residential and commercial construction defect cases, commercial landlord tenant disputes, premises liability, personal injury, and employment disputes. 

  • Successfully prosecuted and defended officers, directors and corporate entities in actions involving breaches of fiduciary duty, breaches of contract, minority shareholder oppression, usurpation of corporate opportunities.
  • Served as lead associate on complex $14 million environmental action brought by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, Bexar County, Edwards Aquifer Authority, and San Antonio Waster System. Assisted in defending landowner at both the trial and appellate level and aided in obtaining a settlement
  • Defended individuals and businesses in complex premises liability actions.
  • Defended general contractor in arbitration of commercial construction defect action.
  • Successfully argued before the Austin Third Court of Appeals, and drafted numerous appellate briefs.
  • Second chaired a federal jury trial in a breach of contract and breach of warranty action.
  • Second chaired AAA arbitration of complex purchase agreement dispute between a national and a local telecommunications provider.
  • Second chaired and successfully prosecuted FINRA arbitration dispute involving broker’s misrepresentations regarding bonds and annuities.
  • Extensive experience in negotiating settlements, both informally and through mediation, in order to achieve client’s goals in a speedy and cost-effective manner.
