Tracia Lee was born in Taipei, Taiwan, September 5, 1973. She graduated from The University of Texas (B.A. with honors, 1995). She earned her J.D. from The University of Texas in 1999. While attending law school, Ms. Lee was Associate Editor of The Review of Litigation (1998-1999) and a member of the Asian Law Students Association.

Ms. Lee is a member of the firm's insurance defense section. She is a member of the Texas Young Lawyers Association, Austin Young Lawyers Association, and Texas Association of Defense Counsel.
